Horse stalls are 12X12 lined and covered box stalls. Lined with the same tech used at the Tampa Bay Downs, allows urine to seep through the sand/clay base but allowing you to pick the manure effortlessly. Shaving you time and money! Stall rental comes with the use of paddocks, warm up pen, round pen and dusk to dawn lighted arena. All while being directly across the street from the State Forest with direct access to over 120 miles of riding trails.

All guest receiving mail must rent a mailbox for $10 a month. As of 2019 if your are staying here and expecting any mail to be forwarded in care of us you will need to rent a mailbox for $10 a month. If you choose not to have mail delivered here, we suggest you get a PO box in town either Dunnellon, Inglis or Williston. |

NOTE: $25 cash deposit on all horse stalls. Deposit will be refunded if stalls are properly cleaned and no damage is found. Ex. broken boards or holes dug. Stalls must be STRIPPED before you leave or your deposit of $25 will NOT BE REFUNDED. TACK STALLS FOR RENT Regular 12'x12' stalls to be used for hay, feed and tack ONLY. $5 per day $25 per week $100 per month ******************************* NO TAX ON STALL PRICES PRICE INCLUDES: Park Horse Amenities LIGHTED ARENA WARM UP PEN ROUND PEN 11 TURN OUT PADDOCKS 3 PRIVATE PLAY PASTURES* *$10 per day (stall fee not included) Rates DO NOT include feed, shavings or care. Care can be requested for an extra fee of $30 per day per horse. Care includes twice a day feeding, watering, stall cleaning, and daily turn out for you horse. You must supply your own shavings, feed and hay. All Horses & Ponies Must Have Negative Coggins Test Certificate We understand you may be meeting up with friends to ride the trails, please note that horse riders NOT staying at our facility may not park on our grounds. Kindly have them park across the street at the state forest access. Use of our facilities such as arena, wash rack and paddocks are for paying customers only. Barn Pictures PET POLICY
We welcome well behaved pets with responsible pet owners. However, there are NO PETS inside any of our rentals. They may be kept outside in a kennel, on a leash, or in a small pen on your lot with full time supervision. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS NOTE: If pets kept outside continue to bark or become a nuisance to others you may be asked to keep your pets inside your camper. You must be present and outside your camper the entire time your dog is outside. IMPORTANT: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and picked up after. Someone must be outside to supervise any dogs outside at all times. Rules are strictly enforced for the safety of pets and comfort of guests. |
